I need help or opinions. Does it appear to be a restamp or not? If so, why would anyone restamp the year on the date code? It is a one year carb, correct? Just trying to cross my Ts and dot my Is before I leap. Looking for some help!
I am a 64-65 guy so not familiar with these.
