You mentioned that this will be a street cruiser / bruiser and driven to car shows. Not sure of what intake would be ideal, but I would focus on an intake that has great bottom and mid power/torque. That’s where the fun will be to be able to drive it routinely. I went down the rabbit hole of building a motor for max power and it was not ideal/fun for the street.

If running an automatic, make sure to get the right torque converter as well that works well for your needs.
