Default Pontiac 1955 - Carter WGD Carburetor rebuild, help and choke options

I am planning to rebuild my Carter WGD Carburetor from my 1955 Pontiac (287 engine). There isn't any tag with the exact model number, but according to the shop manual it should be one of these types: 2182S, 2182SA or 2182SB.

I have to confess I'm a bloody first timer with this, it's my first carb rebuild

First question: What do I need?

Thats what I plan to buy:Is Mike's Carburetor Parts a good place to buy these parts?

Second question: Do I need any special tools?
I have small round brushes from 1 to 6 mm, and a friend of me has an ultra sonicbath. Any other tools I should buy?

Third question: What is the best choke option?
