You can't use 1/8 to figure hp.

If both pick up 29mph (a reasonable gain), then car#1 shows 915hp and car #2 shows 1020hp.

This is not the way to do that.

Here is another example paper says 1000hp, car runs 9.2s at 146-147 car weighs 3300lbs, thats not 1000hp.

Your car shows over 1040HP by the ET, the MPH shows you have more HP (1130 HP), so your car is needing some work to get it to ET better.

What's wrong with the dyno numbers compared to the track results?
