Chevy Nova, 99%of which had std. Interior, had the " clearish" ( sp) low profile handles with the flat door card. I think looking at that market, and maybe even first gen F body, may prove helpful. A lot of not obvious changes were 60's left overs.
Heartbeat City will probably have them, but they are expensive.
Std interior with Dark colors got the low profile black, pic below. Light color interiors, Any version of white, light blue, sandalwood, got the Clear. I have seen them rebuilt with different knobs. I will take this black one off the car if you need it, you can have it.
