The car just isn't transferring like it should. With coil-overs up front, split mono leaf springs, and Caltracs, it should stick & git! Mid to low 10's should be easy.

I'm starting to think that the Continental "Jim Hand Special" converter doesn't have enough stall. It was built to stall around 3600 rpm, but it was built tight for the street and, if my calculations are correct, it has 8% slip running through the traps.
