As far as the 1978 G-body w/manual trans;
I've personaly spotted only two or three Monte Carlos, one Cutlass, and never a Grand Prix or Regal.
Grrrrs' car is the only '78 GP stick I've ever heard of. I'd be willing to bet it was one of less than half dozen built, stripped down like that. Probably 200-300 total manuals built that year, based on over 200,000 units sold.
