Rask, a red beauty at that!
I think I now want those rims. They sort-of update the T/A. BTW, your garage floor is entirely too clean. |

Not much happening in Hollister, except once a year when the motorcycles show up. I rode my Fat Boy there once in 1997 when I lived in the bay area. I'm kind of surprised a trans am was sold there, especially in 1970. Lots of tractors, not many muscle cars. My dad still lives near there so I drive through Hollister periodically when I visit him. What was the dealer name and address? If there is still a building there I can snap a picture for you.

396 4th Street Hollister Calif. 95023 "And not much happening in Hollister" might be true now, but being a "Fatboy" rider I am sure you under stand the 1%'er history from Hollister..Wasn't much happening then until all the Mortorcycle's road into town!!Hollister is sort of infamous in biker 'lore...... But, YES...I would really appreciate a picture of teh building if it is still there. My direct email is below: [email protected] Thanks again! If I can ever help I would be more than happy to try and return the favor.. |

I agree with the "nice car" and the "clap ,clap, clap" statements. I have always been drawn to owner restored cars more so than "checkbook" restored cars.. And no, I am not making a statement against checkbook cars, just admire the fact that you did it all yourself..seems ,to me, to be more in the "spirit" of collecting these old cars when the owner has turned some wrenches himself... way to go!!!.....
