Yes - its been awhile since the Niagra Falls were Frozen like that- back around that era our local Fraser River would freeze over in certain spots ie. Hope B.C. - one guy in that report said he would take it as a shortcut to get to town - you just don't see cold weather like that any more in those areas .

They look like Astros, but, may be Raders. There were several differetn kinds of Raders. Rader wheels was part of Mickey Thompson enterprises.

That was Stan Freberg. He did some great stuff in the 50's.
