I'm sad to report that the developer passed away a few months ago. He had setups developed for all GM small blocks, Ford small blocks. He was working on the big blocks.
I offered to take over the project but his son decided it was potentially lucrative and wanted me to do the work for HIM. Too bad, it was a cool idea.
