Even with my 700+ plus credit score, Hunington bank, who finances older cars, wont loan more then 10 grand on the Mustang. Waiting, on JJ Best, who may do it for 20% down. Now that , I guess, speaks of the real value of these cars. Nobody wants to hear of 20-25 grand Fox body Mustangs. Same Hunnigton Bank approved my loan on a 78 TA with 20% down in one hour a little over a year ago.

A fox body Mustang is not going to be a good investment over the long term unless it's one of the collectible models, and your investment is on the "buy low" side. Yes you can make money flipping cars, buying them low and hopefully selling them high (I've done it many times) but looking at a car for investing over the long term, there is usually MUCH better options out there if you plan to tie up funds for decades and decades... That's just fact...
