Those are actually the licensed Spanish version of the Messerschmitt Bf-109, the upright, Spanish manufactured 'Hispano-Suisa' engine being the primary difference. These are the type seen in most every WWII movie you see as the original German built planes are extremely rare in flying condition. Spain produced their version even after the war and I'll bet you that the 'warehouse' pic above is from some Hollywood backlot or at least of a group of planes used in some film like 'The Battle of Britain' which was released some time in the 1960s.
The original 'E' model used an inverted Daimler-Benz engine. Notice the difference in where the exhaust stacks are in the pics below and the distinctive spinner shape...
