The OP said he wanted to know what the fastest Pontiac was, not quickest but fastest, which indicated top speed as opposed to acceleration. There was no caveat regarding traditional-era or otherwise. Modified cars would make the discussion meaningless. So, we are left with 100% percent stock cars in factory trim, down to the tires, jetting and timing or computer tune. Am I missing something?
