State Code 21 is Michigan
State Code 34 is Ohio

So it went to a dealer in Ohio

PHS might , only maybe , be able to tell you the dealer if you call them.
But they don't have a full listing.

Johnta1 has a large data base , but must not show up in his files either.

Google and Yahoo searches might get lucky.
There is a Buick site that has a large listing of dealer codes.
I have found them to be pretty reliable and concise , where as a few others question its usefulness.
FTW

Has a credit memo for option 471
Which is a wood steering wheel

Box 47 shows 47-3
= 47-1 + 47-2 = 47-3

47-2 is Console

It doesn't list a credit amount on BHC ....
So maybe - - only maybe
PMD supplied a replacement wood wheel for dealer to install.

Most times they provide a money credit for a missing item , within the memo.

Being a Ram 1 car was 99.9999 % a Customer Special Ordered car , they MAY have stood firm and demanded the wood wheel versus accepting a discount and keeping the standard steering wheel.

Just a hypothesis

Very very cool car
Striking combo as is or in original combo .... either way.
