The "general standard" deal on those company cars was 3 months or 3000 miles.
Whichever came first.

Another "general standard" was a $5000.00 cap
Big Shot Brass Hats could run on up to around $5500.00 range - like yours.

*standards almost always have exceptions > for the nit pickers

Promo / Show / Marketing / Eng-Dev , could be any dollar figure on the menu.
