The addition of classifieds by subscribers will be the crowning touch to a fine magazine!

It was one of those deals where we had kind of talked ourselves out of doing it but people persistently asked about it so we knew that there was interest there. I think that it will help expand our subscriber base and better cater to the needs of the readership. It's a win-win.

The engine build stories are my favorites to put together and Darrin Magro and Jason Scott really came through for us. The series was as good as anything we had ever done before in any magazine and I would love to be able to do more like that in the future.

We would really like to get more subscriptions from PYers. If you subscribe, just mention the Max Performance in the checkout notes on PayPal, on a check memo or call in a sub, I will send a hat out to you free. Simple as that!
I'm in, I do like reading about Pontiacs and I can always use another hat.

Edit: Or not so simple; paypal didn't have any option for a checkout note and your website won't let me send a message either. Does this mean I don't get a hat?

It's no big deal, I went ahead and subscribed; I was just wondering.

Oh yeah, I didn't win.

Murf,

I attended the awards dinner when the ticket was pulled. Darin called the winner and it turned out to be someone in Connecticut. I don't remember the town, but I could hear his wife yelling in surprise when they won.

Sorry about the postage! Our post office installed new postal machines and it apparently is not properly loading the class.
