I think that would depend on your definition of street/strip.

This is Summit's listings winnowed down by wheel size. I would hazard to guess they carry more 14 and 15 inch stuff than say Tirerack being Summit is more race oriented. Note 17" is almost the most popular size:

Wheel Diameter

18 in. (3,232)

17 in. (3,226)

20 in. (2,335)

19 in. (2,035)

16 in. (1,970)

15 in. (1,861)

14 in. (721)

21 in. (530)

22 in. (466)

Filtered by competition tires. ie. slicks, track only:

Diameter:

15 in. (330)

17 in. (133)

18 in. (133)

20 in. (110)

19 in. (88)

16 in. (84)

13 in. (20)

21 in. (14)

14 in. (9)

22 in. (3)

and filtered for Summer only, UHP tires:

Diameter:

19 in. (572)

20 in. (551)

18 in. (439)

17 in. (185)

21 in. (171)

22 in. (86)

16 in. (37)

23 in. (11)

15 in. (9)

24 in. (6)

Note how 15" are almost nonexistent and no 14's at all - even for Honda sizes...
