Not sure if this has been posted, but would make a nice light duty pickup (crappy X frame)...

Location seems to be in France or Belgium.

Traffic lights and road signage looks more like Canada, so probably quebec area because of the french signage.. wonder if the flower cars are real Pontiacs or Canadian cheviacs?

Forgot about Quebec.

I know there was a GM facility in Belgium assembling 'Kit' cars which the cars in the photo seem to be.
I shared a post from a year ago about a gentleman from Belgium who was converting a 66 LeMans Hearse that was built there, into a GTO 2 door wagon.
Assumed the photo may have been from that area.

All the flower cars look like convertibles with removable forward roof panels. If you look at rear of each that you can see they have a cloth or vinyl covering to protect paint. If they were flower car conversions they would have a bed like an EL Camino or Ranchero.

HAMBer Jeepsterhemi specializes in pix from Montreal. I find them fascinating as a North American city with a very heavy French influence in style.

Driving an American car in an old European city is a challenge at times...

Looks like Joe Weatherly. Car could be 62 Pontiac judging by side of headlight surround.

As many of you know I have a Soft spot for Full size Pontiac Police cruisers, 71-76 in particular but all years in general. I was recently sent this picture of a 1972 Catalina Enforcer in service with a unknown State Police department. Unfortunately I can not make out the department in the picture. It has an unusual paint scheme so I should be able to ID the department with a little research. But if anyone recognizes the State Police Department Please let me know.

Jeff,

That looks like Florida's State Trooper paint & symbol schemes. Google Vintage Florida State Trooper Paing schemes.
