Yeah I went and saw it years ago and was tempted to buy that blue firebird for a track car. Think a shop out of PA had built it. But the resto was done to mostly stock specs suspension and drivetrain wise - and missing door guts and dash and inner wheelwells etc - it was not worth $25k to me then. Cool though and totally all new. I think it has Hooker fender flares which was neat. We'll see who it turns on and for how much now....

Track car?
Usually in my book a track car would have a manual tranny in it. not an auto.
they missed the point on this one

Well optioned T/A with AC and a 4 speed. Does not have the original motor (but one in there was restamped as noted).
Strong out of the hole at $75k already. Seems strong for a very solid 'driver' but I guess having AC and a 4 speed rarity (and being blue) is the catch. I could also see if it was a CA built car (which it is not) but what do I know. Will be interesting. |

The PHS shows it is a Zone car, if the dealer ordered it for his son would it explain the single trac rear?
