W72 valve covers are not "shiny" like chrome. The ones pictured are way to shiny to be stock W72 covers.

Well I have owned both 1 - 77 w72 bought brand...

Well I have owned both 1 - 77 w72 bought brand new 1 - 81 Turbo 301 brand new and my present 78 W72 bought with 43K 22 years ago on the clock and the 78 would out run the other 2. Loved the 77, 81...

well my 78 ta was rated at 220 HP from factory...

well my 78 ta was rated at 220 HP from factory before I modded it a bit. When it was stock it RW dynoed at 225. Now it dynoes at 380

Not bad for engine dyno but i do not think it will be considerably higher than stock. maybe 20 - 30 HP.
