It is beyond me how many goons paint their engine the wrong color. Not a day goes by I spot one with an incorrect color. Truly unbelieveable. Such a fail.

Engines like that change valve springs every few passes. 1" + lift and 8500 RPM. Moving bore spacing around. Offset valve guides. Honda rod journals ect. Billet everything. Too high a dollar game...

I bought original height, exact factory specification front springs for my 1968 GTO from Coil Spring Specialties. Just like your original springs, mine are flat on the top.

I would agree that Ames is very good. I have been dealing with them for 30 or more years now. Their service and quality is always excellent. We are lucky to have them in this hobby.
