I think hangars are usually mounted to the frame not the floor. I would just duplicate the mount locations of an earlier car that came with dual exhaust. Might need an earlier cross member.

Look for headers from a 2nd gen T/A with the 403. I'm not saying they'll fit but I know the 2nd gen F body Pontiac headers fit a Pontiac engine in a 73-77 A body.

They should be 3/8" bolts, the head can be different than the typical 9/16 depending on the type or fastener. They should not be metric.

If the transmission is not sitting on it and you have all 4 bolts that mount it to the frame (two on each side) removed, it should come loose. Try budging it with a rubber mallet.
