PAW has a steel pan that fit my 69FB perfectly. Has baffles and no issues with windage tray or clearance. It's not a Milodon. $49.95.

Since timing doesn't seem to be helping much - what model # Edel carb? Did you use the metal adapter plate when you installed it to intake? Big vacuum leak if not. You said it's a vacuum secondary???...

I've read a lot of posts about having issues with having too much negative camber because of frame sag, etc and needing offset shafts. But on my 69 FB conv I can't get any more shims in upper control...

Are you using the same intake and carb as before the rebuild? If not, put the old carb back on and try it out. If it's the same - with a different cam you will most likely need to recalibrate that...

I have them on my 400. Put a Summit 2801 cam/lifters in there and you will not be disappointed. I'm very surprised how well it performs.
