Just got my 67 GTO engine rebuilt not too long...

Just got my 67 GTO engine rebuilt not too long ago from a place, and the rear main seal started to leak within just a 100 miles or so. I took it back to the shop and they said that they will fix it...

My GTO reads a speed that is far faster then I am travelling. I am not using special or oversized tires, so does anyone know why the reading is off? I would sure like to fix this as soon as possible....
