They suck.

Just get some fluid film spray behind those welds ..

Remove some plugs ..or drill some small access holes to get the fluid film...

Your first passes ...should be with a Heavy Cut Compound ...on a rotary Buffah and wool pad.

Then go to a foam pad on the rotary ...with a polish

The use an orbital buffer with a finish...

Do you have a nice gap ..from trunk to 1/4 panel on the opposite side ...and the deck lid is level with the 1/4 ???

On the droopy side....you can try pushing that 1/4 up...with a porta power...
