That is true, while the KRE's had been the go to head for years the entry of the E head seemed to push everyone's game up a notch. Granted they might have anyway, but the E probably speeded things along showing the potential market was stronger than initially realized.

Blocks are another issue. The ones out there now are great race pieces and I hope to acquire one for my next build, but I still think a lighter/cheaper sportsman/replacement block is needed since all we have is 40-50 year old used Iron.
A more affordable block may also keep some of the LS swaps out of our beloved Pontiacs.
