1971+ rear alternator bracket strap MOUNTING pics please
Can anyone provide a pic of the rear alternator mounting bracket mounted on 1971+ firebirds?
I know the one side uses that stud on the thermostat housing, but would like to see it mounted to the head - what stud/bolt is used there and how it holds the alternator. Also, I see this strap is apparently and oddly not reproduced - used ones get listed for "1971-1974" sometimes and 1971-1979 on other sites. Reason for?
