Here's where I netted out on the kickdown.

- '74 GTO throttle cable
- Stock '74 2bbl/4bbl throttle bracket. Tapped additional hole to mount it on the '68 intake.
- '69 Firebird Q-Jet throttle bracket.
- Lokar adjustable TH350 kickdown cable
- '68-'69 Firebird kickdown bracket, modified and mounted to the throttle bracket.

The Lokar throttle cable kit uses a little floating teardrop-shapped bracket mounted through the kickdown stud. The kickdown kit didn't come with one, so I made my own. Seems to work well.
