Whats wrong with the current cover? Unless its damaged or has heavy corrosion pitting, save some $$ and clean it up to reuse it. Probably doesnt need to be glass beaded either, just clean/degrease/scuff it up to repaint. Can also use normal blaster media at low psi further away without any problems too, new shop should have a blaster.

Hey Scott, happy thanksgiving, im not sure of the condition of this one, i have a small chip on bottom, dont think thats any problem, have some heli-coils in there also, getting the paint off seems to be the biggest problem so far.

What do you think, roll the dice and use it
