A job you enjoy
I would apprentice in some very high end restoration facility in sheet metal fabrication. High level of skill to be developed, but also a strong element of artistry. How cool would it be to design and build something like a replacement instrument panel for a Bugatti Royale?

I would like to be an archeologist. I was a firefighter for thirty years and really loved the fire fighting part. The red tape and putting up with the administration is what finally made me decide to leave.
I always told folks that I fought fire for free. I got paid to take the BS from the desk jockeys.

This might sound stupid, but for the month I had between jobs I was a stay at home Dad. It doesn't pay in cash, but seeing the smile on my daughters face as she got off the school bus, AT HOME, every afternoon was priceless.

I would do exactly what I do now (commercial photography) except I would pick and choose my clients carefully and let the a-holes pound sand. I hate working for jerks just becuase I need the money.

I would like to record demos for new bands, I so enjoy being part of creating the sound of a band while they are still figuring it out.
