I came pretty close to swapping out my 3.08's to 3.42's ..but after a few long highway cruises..decided not too..my current transmission is starting to show a little too much silver in the fluid..so I have a 2.75 low gear th350 coming from Hughes maybe a good alternative for a few.I'm hoping with that and a few other minor changes my car will get into the low 11.2's this year with a highway friendly 3.08!
