I have finally procured the starter in question. ...

I have finally procured the starter in question. The difference is not in the end bell, its on the other side of the starter and it is just the repositioning of the feed coming out of the starter...

I think the car is a 1956 Pontiac, The "T"...

I think the car is a 1956 Pontiac, The "T" indicates it was assembled in Arlington TX, the 7 means it is a Chieftan, the 56H is the year and "H" is for Hydramatic, the last numbers are the sequential...

Why do the full size wheel covers on my Star Chief keep coming off? I notice they twist around the rim, bending the valve stems. All four of wheels do this, I can push them on, and drive 50 miles...
