Restoration Resource Thread , All can help!

I asked B man to make the SD thread sticky, which is very cool, and thanks to him! I did notice we lost a couple other threads that were sticky. SO I am hoping we ALL can build a thread with links to info, Pics, and parts that we can refer to. Please add YOUR thread if its got pics and info, or a part link ..

New book that is being released by Melvin Benzaquen.
Should be a good resourse for restorations. I've already ordered my copy .

So is this thread going to be a sticky - somthing like a table of FAQ contents thread? That would seem to be the logical thing. Most sites call it a "Check Here First" sticky thread.

Here is my Part Tres: survivor 1973 SD455 Formula thread.

Floor Drain Plugs Up or Down?

Where are the "floor drain plugs" discussion threads? I know I've viewed one of more discussion threads with pix attached for up & down...interesting thread.

Reason I bring it up is someone seeking same on this thread => http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...30#post5466030

misclicluna007, I will NOT be ordering one. I tried to do business with Melvin several years ago. The man is a thief and a liar -- still owes me $325. The original comment and my reply shouldn't be on this thread, but here they are.

Their was a good read on how to do a roof swap. I cannot remember who the thread belonged to. Any ideas that would be a good one to go up.

How about this excellent restore of OEM fuel sending unit?

http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=779232

Also, noted in past that modern "high sulphur" fuels can cause erratic quage "bounce" between E and F

Formulabruce 09-20-2015 09:03 PM

All noted will update the original this week, any more?

Thanks HFR. Thats the one.
Some of these resourses get buried and can be hard to dig up again but it will be good to have them in one place.
