I bought a 66 Trips at a swap meet today.... correct center carb, correct base plates and air horns on the end carbs. Didn't notice that the end carbs bodies have been replaced with ordinary 60's...

The 66 I'm restoring didn't have a headliner. Is there anyway to tell which type of ear muffs it had? Its an early car so it could have come with either the big or little ones. Does it matter?...

I took my 65 out for the first time in 25 years this weekend and the speedometer works fine up to about 20 mph. Then it goes all over the place clockwise to zero back to 20up to 80 back to 40 etc.. ...
