Thanks for the help. I guess I forgot to say my shifter is on the floor and not on the column. I messed with the safety switch and still not having any luck. I don't understand.. everything work fine...

You shouldn't have any trouble with 15" rims. I'm running 15's all the way around my 68 Lemans now. 235/60/15 up front and 275/60/15 in back.
