Can I do a compression check and then a leakdown test while the intake is off? It's for a '92 with TPI SBC. I don't see why not but maybe I'm overlooking something.

I shouldn't need a picture, just where the vacuum line goes in the carb. You know to the base plate or to the body. Unless a picture is easy to do.

The factory service manual has very limited reference to the vapor...
