I usually zero the dial indicator at max lift....
I usually zero the dial indicator at max lift. Than coming around till you see lift, I thinks its easier to count and get it all on one rotation, before and after .050 lift.

I just used a 194 bulb and socket for mine, its plenty bright. took a little trimming, but fits nice and snug . The socket just fits in the hole in the hood, not the hood ornament.

One more thing, Butler did say there was enough...
One more thing, Butler did say there was enough seat material to go to the 2.19 valve without changing seats. Thats the size they use for there 325 and 340 heads.
