If you disconnected your vacum than you only have two variables to worry about.

Get a $10 timing tape to attach...

Those are the worst calipers GM ever made. They are laways a problem and the rebuilt units always fail quicly. I would do swap and spend extra cash saved on e brake kit.

Looks great but do yourself a favor and hit all none disc surfaces with hi temp paint or it will rust quickly especially if in non heated garage with weather fluctuations.
