6x date codes

I found a set of 6x-8 heads for sale cheap. The date codes are d057 and a146. Since there is over a year between them can I clean them up and put them on my 400?

I can happily say that I am not from House...

I can happily say that I am not from House town..worked around it though. Head east about a hundred miles. I'll try to flush the valve first and go from there.
