I was unaware that 65-66 shifters for console applications were different. I have this 65-66 unit I will be placing in the for-sale section this weekend.

end carb venturi clusters

on the left is an OEM piece. One on the right I pulled the idle tubes out to use on an end carb. Do I need to fill the holes with some sort of epoxy or use as is. thanks Joe

75/76 400 block using a rear pvc location valley pan

Curious,
I have a 75/76 400 block with 69 #62 heads. That eventually will be rebuilt and installed in a 66 GTO. Will a rear mounted PCV valve valley pan work? Will have a Tri power on top.

66 bowl 7031575 repair

I have this very nice 66 center bowl with the exception of the bowl has a crack.
Has anyone ever repaired one with Super Alloy 1. Don't want to toss it if it can be saved.

OK. Curios as to what the short slot rod was used on. In the GTO resto guide book it says that the short slot was a 66 pc. and was replaced with the long slot at some point.

I would verify that the center carb is a true Pontiac 66. Hard to tell with the air cleaner on but something does not look correct with the throttle arm and air horn. If it is not, it would help...
