To me it's hard to tell from the photos. It could be a mark from when the key slot was machined or a crack. Personally I'd get some crack checking dye penatrant and it should reveal more.

To me, Ram Air was more of a hood-air cleaner option, except the RA II heads were cast R 96 A.

I mean 421 HO & 428 HO with Long Branch, and 70 455 HO are strong. Making D-Ports highly ranked.
